This 6 week course is designed to release tension, connect mind and body, and help you become more physically aware. Kate’s low impact classes are perfect for new or out of practise dancers, and anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
We are accepting a limited number of sign ups, and drop-ins by appointment only. Our aim being to keep numbers low to create a safe and intimate space for participants to challenge themselves and grow.
A message from Kate:
“I’ve been dancing my whole life, yet it wasn’t until quite recently that I really started to succeed at it.
Consumed by doubt, and plagued by voices telling me I didn’t have what it takes, for years I misguidedly believed my body was holding me back.
